Ownership and rights are essential pieces of the creative process. This grant has encouraged dialog among faculty and students about individual rights.  As a result of working with faculty:

  • Faculty were informed of creative commons license options for personal content
  • Faculty and students were aware of rights of others (such as permissions for publishing interviews)
  • Beginning conversations on the importance of open access we initiated
  • The scholarly communication process as a whole was explored
