Changing Workflows

Adding sustainable digital collections to a library requires staff roles and workflows adapt to support these projects.  As part of the NGL grant we helped staff learn about new technologies and processes and fit what was learned into their daily work.  At The Ohio 5 catalogers are now comfortable creating and editing metadata, archivists' jobs now include being digital curators, and reference staff can explain how to access and use digital collections.
