To: Sarah B. Bradley
Know all men by these presents
That the American Missionary Association, a body Corporate under the laws of the state of New York, in consideration of One Dollar by it in hand received, and for the further consideration of the valuable Services rendered to the Association by the Rev. Dan B. Bradley, and Sarah B. Bradley his wife, does hereby grant, sell, and convey unto the said Sarah B. Bradley widow of the aforesaid Rev. Dan Beach Bradley, all the right, title, and interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said American Missionary Association in and unto the following described property at Bangkok, Siam to-wit:
The Dwelling Houses, their fixtures and appurtmances, the Chapel, its fixtures and appurtmances, the Printing Office and Book Bindery, Type Foundery, Dispensary, and so forth, with all the presses, tools, and furniture belonging to those Establishments – also all the right, title and interest, whatever it may be, which the said American Missionary Association may possess in or unto the Missionary Premises in Bangkok, Siam, conveyed to it by the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions, on the twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine, together with any additions or improvements, there-unto, which may have been made by the American Missionary Association
